		Co-founders Kasey Brosz and Matt Squarcia have hand selected all Progressive Fitness, LLP fitness professionals.
		Their experience, knowledge of exercise science, and unmatched service put them among Omaha's elite in their field. Progressive Fitness professionals hold various degrees and specialty certifications.

		Meet the trainers below!

Kasey Brosz

Kasey was born in O'Neill Nebraska. He was an education major at Wayne State College and moved to Fort Lauderdale Florida and began his personal training career in 2002. He moved back to Omaha in 2004 where he met and married his wife Jill. Kasey enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family and time at the lake. Kasey's certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association.

Matt Squarcia

Matt was born and raised in Southern New Jersey. He has lived in the Omaha area since 2002. Matt enjoys spending his free time with friends and family. Matt has a wife who serves in the air force and a son, Luke. Matt's interests/hobbies include: hiking, basketball, hunting and traveling. Matt began training in 2005 and his certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), American Council on Exercise (ACE), CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association.

Chris Sinos

Chris was born and raised in Omaha. He went to Creighton Prep High School and graduated from the UNO with a degree in business and health. Chris has been a personal trainer since 2005. Before joining Progressive Fitness, Chris was a Master Trainer with 24 Hour Fitness. Chris enjoys basketball, cooking and spending time with family and friends. He is currently completing required courses to be a registered dietician. Chris' certifications include: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Sports Enhancement Professional (NASM). Chris is also certified with International Sports Science Association CPT and is certified in first aid and CPR through the American Red Cross.

			Cassie Metzner	Cassie is originally from Falls City, Nebraska. After graduating from Falls City Sacred Heart she attended Doane College where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. During high school Cassie played volleyball, basketball, and ran in track. She also played softball during the summer. At Doane College she played a year of basketball until an injury. Cassie is currently working on her Master’s in Athletic Training at the University of Nebraska Omaha. During her first semester at UNO she worked with athletes at Bellevue East High School and recently finished her second semester with the University of Nebraska Omaha softball team. As a certified personal trainer, Cassie has instructed fitness bootcamps, individual fitness sessions, health fitness instructions for Community Medical Center in Falls City, Nebraska and conditioning training for the Bellevue University softball team.
