My husband and I began training with Matt in January. We were concerned about health issues, needing to loose weight and make life changes that we would stick with. Through working out with Matt twice a week we have both lost inches, weight and most importantly reduced our body fat index. Our doctor was very pleased with our latest blood work, weight loss and exercise program.
